For nearly 26 years Patti Doyle served as partner, executive vice president at the RDW Group where she supervised all advertising and public relations services provided by the agency. Additionally, she provided direct counsel and communica­tions support to a wide array of clients, including the Rhode Island Airport Corpora­tion, Twin River Management Group, RI Resource Recovery Corporation, Massachusetts Medical Society, Veolia Transportation Company, RIPTA, GTECH, Conoco Phillips, Roger Williams Park Zoo, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Delaware and Rhode Island College.
She successfully managed a number of statewide referendum issues including the 2012 Expansion at Twin River, $50 Million Bond Campaign for Rhode Island College, $30 Million Bond Issue for Roger Williams Park Zoo and Save Our State, a coordi­nated campaign to defeat a proposed Harrah’s Casino. All of the above mentioned campaigns required significant stakeholder relations management, media relations and crisis communications.
More recently, Patti engineered the successful statewide referendum to support the siting of a Twin River casino in the town of Tiverton, Rhode Island. To do so, she managed a highly coordinated grassroots and grasstops campaign, aided by the full spectrum of public relations and marketing tools including a campaign web site, dedicated social media channels, near daily press interaction and broad based advertising.
Patti is the recipient of numerous Publicity Club of New England Bell Ringer awards which recognize excellence in public relations and she is also the recipient of a Silver Anvil as bestowed by the national Public Relations Society of America.

For two years Kara served as the Development and Events Coordinator for NewportFILM where she also was responsible for managing and updating the brand’s website. She was in charge of all social media activities, oversaw and planned all of the film events, while cultivating partnerships to further elevate and extend NewportFILM’s reach into the community. As Social Media Director for Thames Street Yoga, she is responsible for creating the website, thamesstreetyoga.com, refreshing all content and managing the studio’s social media presence. In one short month, she grew the studio’s FaceBook presence to 800 likes.
